The customer; An Electrician with a 6 Month Old Limited Company

 

The problem; The customer needs a reliable new van to ensure they can get to their customers. However, they’ve already approached a number of funders, including local dealerships and have been turned away due to insufficient credit history.

 

The solution; Your Car Choice isn’t just tied to one funder like most dealerships are. We work with a large selection of the UK’s largest vehicle finance funders. Allowing us to find a vehicle solution that works for the customer.

With this customer we sourced a line of credit which would allow them to get their perfect van at a reasonable price. This involved a slightly higher initial rental, equivalent to 9 monthly rentals. This offsets some of the funders perceived risk. However, they didn’t have to pay anything in the last 9 months of their contract. Allowing the company to hit the road in the van they wanted without having to pay a premium!

 

Ongoing relationship;  The Your Car Choice dedicated account manager will keep in regular contact with the customer throughout their journey. They’re their to help with any questions the customer may have, and to help source more vehicles as company grows. The company will start to build a credit history, which will allow them to keep their initial rentals lower on future vehicles. Your Car Choice will also send helpful reminders about key points within their contract, such as renewal dates etc.
